BASIC EXTERIOR PAINT

SET UP:

 All outdoor furniture is moved away from the house.
 Gardens, shrubs, walkways etc are all protected.


POWER WASHING:

 To remove light debris, mildew, as necessary.
 Debris and paint particles are cleaned up Wood is given time to dry.


SANDING, SCRAPING, MINOR REPAIR WORK:

 Bare wood areas are primed as necessary.
 Scuff sanding, orbit power sanding, or stripping maybe done upon request.
 All doors, windows, and trim are caulked as necessary.
 Light carpentry, concrete repair work is performed upon request.


APPLYING THE FINISH COAT:

 Finish is applied to proper coverage and customer satisfaction.


CUSTOMER INSPECTION:

 Job supervisor walks through entire work area, touch up areas as discussed
 And completed before crew leaves the job site.


COMPLETION OF THE JOB:

 All construction material, garbage, is removed
 All outdoor furniture is returned to its original area
 Unused finish coat material is labeled and left for the customer
